Description of dishes:

Shimla - Shimla dishes are cooked with red and yellow peppers and baby aubergines.

Shola - Shola is quite a dry curry with rice cooked into the dish together with chickpeas, lentils and fresh spinach.

Kablichana - Kablichana is a dish with chickpeas.

Haleem - This is a lentil curry, however we cook this longer to produce a thicker textured curry with a more intense flavour than our normal dall curry.

Dall - Dall is a lentil dish.  We use a mix of 8 different types of lentils in our dall curry.

Korma - Our Kormas do not use coconut or almond as an ingredient. We add fresh cream to our Korma dishes which softens the spice and adds richness to the dish.  Our Kormas can be ordered any strength from Mild up to Hot.
